The fifth staging of Miss Global International Beauty Pageant previously Miss Commonwealth is taking place at the most prestigious hotel who is also our Gold sponsor Rose Hall Resort & Spa, A Hilton Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica on the 1st of August 2009.

This year the delegates will arrive on Wednesday 29th of July and depart on the 2nd of August. Please see below a copy of the itinerary.


 

Wednesday July 29th

Contestants arrive and check in at RIU Hotel in Montego Bay

6:30pm-8:30pm- Welcome Cocktail Party and Dinner at Hotel

Thursday July 30th

7:00am-8:00am - Breakfast at Hotel

8:15am - Leave RIU for Ocho Rios

9:45am - Arrive Dunn's River Falls

10:45am - Leave Dunn's River Falls for Dolphin Cove

11:00am - 12 noon - Swim with the Dolphins

12:15 - Leave Dolphin Cove for Mystic Mountain

12:30 - 1:15pm - Experience the Rides at Mystic Mountain

1:30pm - Leave Mystic Mountain for RIU Ocho Rios

1:45 - 2:45 - Lunch at RIU Ocho Rios

3:oopm - Leave RIU for Montego Bay

4:30pm - Arrive at Hotel

4:30pm -6pm - Rest Period & preparation for Talent Rehearsals

6:15pm - 8:15pm REHEARSALS

8:30pm - Dinner at RIU/Evening Free

Friday July 31st

7:30am - Breakfast at Hotel

8:30 - Leave RIU for Negril

10:00am - Arrive at Ricks Cafe in Negril

11:30am - Tour of Town and other interesting places in Negril

12:30pm - Lunch at RIU Negril

1:30pm - Leave Negril for Montego Bay

2:30pm - Arrive Montego Bay

2:45pm - 5:00pm - GROOMING & REHEARSALS (Venue TBA)

5:30pm - Arrive at Hotel and prepare for Talent Show

7:00pm - DINNER

9:00pm - TALENT COMPETITION ON STAGE AT RIU Montego Bay

Saturday August 1st

7:30am - Breakfast at Hotel

9:30am - 11:00am PRE-JUDGING at RIU Hotel

11:15am - Leave RIU for Rose Hall Resort & Spa for rehearsals

11:30 - 1:30pm - FULL REHEARSALS ON STAGE (Rose Hall Resort & Spa)

1:35pm - LUNCH AT ROSE HALL RESORT & SPA

2:30pm - Leave Rose Hall Resort & Spa for RIU to collect personal items

3:00pm - Leave RIU for Rose Hall Resort & Spa

3:15pm - Arrive Rose Hall Resort & Spa - Costumes etc., in Dressing Room

3:30pm - 6:30pm - HAIR & MAKE-UP (BACKSTAGE DRESSING ROOM sponsored by Soft Sheen

6:30pm - 7:00pm - Briefing and walk through Rehearsals (Stage)

7:30pm - CONTESTANTS IN COSTUMES FOR OPENING NUMBER

8:00pm - GRAND CORONATION SHOW

11:00pm - Leave Rose Hall Resort for RIU Hotel

11:15pm - Arrive RIU 

Sunday August 2nd

8:00am - Breakfast at Hotel

Contestants check out of hotel and depart to various countries.
